The cast contains eight main characters and with the help of the wonderful director Luke Snellin, the audience can watch each one develop as a human from beginning to end. Before that day, each kid never really connected personally with one another but somehow due to the weather they all learned how to accept each other, and find true love within themselves or from their perfect partner. The film is set during a huge winter storm on Christmas Eve in a midwestern town, where a group of high school students live. This epic film contains a wonderful modern cast including Isabela Merced, Kiernan Shipka, and Mitchell Hope while also having actress legend Joan Cusack sneak in some scenes as a weird woman addicted to tin foil. “Let It Snow” is a perfect movie for any young adult who wants to spend their free time during this Winter season watching a relatable, hilarious, and romantic 2019 Netflix original.
